Derrick F.

Clinical Coordinator
I am the clinical coordinator for the Clifton location of Swann Clinic. I facilitate our techs, learners and stakeholders in any way I can to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality therapy services every day. At home, I am a proud husband, father to a wonderful daughter, a spoiled dog and three very vocal chickens and the undisputed ‘fun uncle’ to two amazing human beings. I like to spend my time soaking up knowledge about almost any topic, playing with my small friends at the clinic, and being way too into sports.

Cezanne J.

Cezanne, often referred to Cezy while in the clinic, is Grand Junction native with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. From an early age, her passion for this field was ingrained. She is the sibling and partial caretaker of her nearly 17-year-old brother, who is non-vocal verbal with autism, and through this relationship, she found her calling. She is dedicated to the mission of Swann Clinic’s early intervention and trauma-informed care as a clinician and as a sister to an exceptional individual. Her purpose is to serve the community in the Grand Valley, giving the intervention and support that she knows would have changed the lives of herself and her family had it been available. In time, she plans to pursue further education to pour back into the community in understanding and acceptance.
Long live the fighters!

Sarah U.

Currently an RBT, of almost two years. I have been involved in the mental health field for years myself and with a family member. Working in this position, early intervention, gives an overwhelmingly positive fulfillment. I was inspired to pursue this career when my nephew was diagnosed with ASD. Once discovering and watching this inspiring work, I had to join the field. I have completed certifications and hope to continue into the world of ASD. Outside of my dedication, I have a tiny farm of ducks and two other animal companions. One cat and a dog to enjoy my afternoons, watching our feathered friends.
