Evaluations

Psychological evaluations typically include direct testing, behavioral observation, and consultation with parents, pediatrician, and school staff.  Children may be referred for evaluation with Dr. Belzer to address a wide variety of childhood developmental, learning, behavioral, or social-emotional conditions and to determine the best next steps for the child and family. 

 

Treatment Services

Dr. Belzer's treatment expertise includes childhood anxiety as well as the learning, social-emotional, or behavioral challenges that often accompany complex medical and developmental conditions.  Her treatment methods include direct consultation with parents and/or school personnel and individual child therapy, parent-child therapy and group therapy.
