I am a Colorado native currently living on the Western Slope. My background in serving children began in junior high when I was given the opportunity to help in a middle school level 2 classroom. I quickly fell in love with the population and now have 18 years of professional experience working with children and their families in a variety of settings including residential, foster care, in-home services and clinical care. I earned my master’s in special education through ASU and have since used my experience and education to support behavioral change in children of all ages and abilities. I am passionate about providing care in a fun and supportive manner that emphasizes compassion and focuses on independence. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family as well as almost anything outdoors. I believe strongly in the guiding mission of Swann Clinic and am proud to be part of bringing these services to the children and families of Montrose County.

I am Eberardo better known as Ebe, I am the clinical coordinator at our Montrose location. I was born and raised in Montrose. I love traveling and learning about new places and cultures, I also enjoy spending time with my family and creating amazing memories. I enjoy helping individuals in every way possible, watching them grow and achieve their goals is very rewarding. I love being able to be a part of Swann Clinics in Montrose, I am very excited to make a positive impact within our community in Montrose.

My name is Brianna, born and raised in Colorado. I am a behavioral technician at Swann Clinic in Montrose, Colorado. I graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX, with a bachelor’s degree in practical ministry of worship. I love my family and I am proud to say I am the fifth child of eight. I enjoy singing, taking walks and spending quality time with my family and friends. I also love being a part of my church community. I love serving families and making a positive impact in our next generation. Working with Swann Clinic has given me the opportunity to expand as an individual, become aware of a need and fill it, building positive relationships and getting to love unconditionally those I get to support throughout their journey here.

Hi, my name is Ivey. I was born and raised in Montrose. I have five children, six grandchildren and another grand baby on the way. I love animals. My favorite way to spend my free time is with loved ones, going to our cabin and riding four wheelers through BIG mud puddles. I love working at the clinic. I have the best coworkers and learners ever! It is a privilege for me to watch the kids grow and learn. I get excited to go to work now!!

Hello, I am Eliseo. I was born in Southern Texas but raised here in Montrose. I enjoy being out in nature with my family, fishing, hiking and camping.
